Caves Valley Partners has announced that Janney Montgomery Scott, a large, national full-service financial services firm, has signed the first office lease for its 145 West Ostend Street office development, Stadium Square’s first completed office building. The six-story building has 72,000 sq. ft. of office space total. Janney Montgomery Scott’s new office will occupy just under 6,000 sq. ft of the building, and the firm plans to occupy the space by the end of summer.
