CVP accomplishes its mission by capitalizing on the experience of its four principals in the real estate investment and development business, as well as the vast network of contacts and colleagues that this accomplished team has developed during their careers. With deep roots in Baltimore, our partners are engaged in the city beyond development, and are active participants in neighborhood organizations, nonprofits, and associations.
