At a “Topping Out” ceremony yesterday for 145 W. Ostend St. in Stadium Square, Arsh Mirmiran of Caves Valley Partners (CVP) said the office buildings at the $275-million project in Sharp-Leadenhall and South Baltimore would have the “highest internet speed in the city.”

CVP recently reached an agreement with Baltimore City and the Mayor’s Office of Information Technology to use existing underground city conduit to supply a dark fiber connection to Stadium Square’s three new office buildings. The conduit connects to TierPoint, a 30,000 sq. ft. data center just a couple blocks west at 1401 Russell St.
