Given our commitment to Baltimore, we are heavily engaged in the community and active participants in neighborhood organizations, nonprofits, and associations.

CVP is focused on finding and unlocking significant value by envisioning existing properties in a different form. By doing so, we are able to pay equitable amounts for the properties and still create expected returns for our investors. CVP has integrity when it comes to delivering projects that benefit all parties, and our new and repeat investors are primary among them.

CVP prides itself on being able to structure deals to jointly benefit property sellers, our base of investors, and the communities in which we develop. Many of CVP’s acquisitions have been of properties that were not being marketed for sale and often had viable businesses operating on them. By looking at transactions from the perspective of all involved parties, CVP has been able to find new and improved facilities for existing businesses while assembling properties to make its brand of transformative projects viable.
