CVP prides itself on being able to structure deals to jointly benefit property sellers, our base of investors, and the communities in which we develop. Many of CVP’s acquisitions have been of properties that were not being marketed for sale and often had viable businesses operating on them. By looking at transactions from the perspective of all involved parties, CVP has been able to find new and improved facilities for existing businesses while assembling properties to make its brand of transformative projects viable.
